This Rhone blend displays aromas and flavors of dark licorice, ripe black currant and blackberries with a lingering finish of black currant, spice and dried cocoa.
A big Rhone style blend of Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache with a deep garnet color and great varietal expression. This wine displays aromas and flavors of dark licorice, ripe black currant and blackberries. Supple tannins but a smooth texture create a full palate experiencewith a lingering finish of black currant, spice and dried cocoa. This wine will pair well with marinated lamb or grilled red meats.

The grapes were hand picked at perfect ripeness and full of flavor then sorted and crushed. Fermentation took place in small 1 ton bins and the wines were fermented to dryness using 3 different yeast strains from the Rhone Valley. The wine was aged for 18 months in small French oak and American barrels. Oak Blend: 85% French Oak and 15% American Oak
